Help shape the future of precision agriculture.
Join our growing team building practical, farmer-first technology. You’ll be the person customers rely on to get the most out of their precision farming systems—solving problems, improving performance, and making sure everything works when it matters most. You’ll also have a key role providing feedback to the product team to help develop the solution.

What you will do:
- Provide front-line technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software and our integrations
- Support customers with optimising their systems performance and usage
- Document common issues and resolutions
- Analyse trends and find solutions to reduce repeat queries
- Regular reporting to Management with recommendations
- Provide feedback to the product team

About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Agricultural/Groundcare/Plant industries, either in a mechanical/technical or advisory positions. If you don’t have all the skills and experience for this role but are interested, enthusiastic about technology in agriculture and are keen to learn and develop yourself, please apply.
